If you follow me on twitter you'll know that i went to Reading festival last weekend(amazing!). As much as i love going to festivals, i hate being away from my regular stash of beauty products and not following my usual routine. After using face wipes and dry shampoo for 4 days my skin needs some serious TLC. If you've just got back from a festival or heading of to one soon - here are my top post-festival picks!
Tired Eyes
So you need to catch up on your sleep after a weekend of late nights and dancing. To concealer dark circles and hide tired eyes i recommend the new L'oreal Skin Perfection Eye Cream. It's described as a awakening and correcting cream as it helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, dark circles and eye bags. I really like this because it's slightly tinted and illuminating, one of the best eye creams i've tested!
Dry/Chapped Lips
Your lips will probably be looking dry and uncared for. A few nights of wearing a intensive lip balm will get them looking kissable in no time. I've been using the Kiehl's Lip Balm #1. With this a little bit goes along way so use sparingly to avoid greasy lips! It also has a strong coconut scent,Mmmm...
Achy Muscles
After lugging around a tent, sleeping bag and your rug sack it can take a toll on our bodies. The Deep Heat Muscle Rescue Neck and Shoulder Cream* is a life saver! It's a warming cream which helps to relieve muscle tension. The gentle herbal scent is very soothing and the sponge applicator makes it easy to apply. A relaxing bath soak like Deep Heat Muscle Rescue Bath Soak* is perfect to soothe achy muscles.
