vibrating now revolving what next! A robot hand that apply's your make up for you?  Hmm now there's an idea.....

Some of you may have seen Dior's 360 mascara, it claims to be ultra-flexible and comfortable to use. The revolving brush guarantees gentle and complete make up application. But with a 29 price tag im not too keen. I'm sure you must be paying
that much for the name!

However the clever people at bourjois have created their own version. The brush deposits mascara onto individual lashes without overload. Suitable for sensitive eyes, it contains Vitamin E and Jojoba oil as conditioners. Available from May at boots with a retail price of 11.99 I might have to start saving my advantage card points now! What do you think of this? Will you be amazing your friends with this piece of info? Comment below :)

Every month I will be interviewing a fellow blogger so you can get to know a little bit more about them :) February's blog of the month is Beauty's Bad Habit, full of make up tips, looks and reviews! I asked the lovely Lily, the brains behind Beauty's Bad habit some questions and here is what she had to say;

How did you get into make up?
I was in a stage production of 'Fame' and all of the actors playing students got to wear crazy, bright 80s style make-up. Unfortunately I was a teacher, so I wasn't allowed to, but I helped the rest of the cast out with their make-up :) A while later I bought my first pots of Barry M dazzle dust and the rest was history!

What beauty product can you not live without and why?
Dark brown eyeshadow to fill in my eyebrows. I feel incomplete without them.

What is your daily skincare routine?
Hot water and soap! I've yet to find any skin care products which really make a big different, apart from the Cellnique range, which is too expensive for me to top up on regularly.

What are your top three make up brands?
Um. Now this is difficult! I like certain brands for certain things, but I don't have any general favourites. I have never been disappointed by anything I have bought by Revlon or Max Factor, though.

What one product should we consider investing on?
Invest in the hunt for your perfect foundation and concealer. It can be a long and expensive quest, but well worth it in the end.

Could you recommend three of your favourite bloggers?

Thank you Lily for taking part :)
If you are interested in being interviewed next month or know anyone who is worthy just leave a comment below :) thanks for reading!

I think its fair enough to say that Cruella De Vil would be well jel of this look.
the lovely Hannah Murray was the makeup artist that came up with these looks. Eyes were rimed with smudged black eyeliner, eye brows were bleached & the face was bare. The occasional girl had a little black nose painted on!

nails were painted white, with black splodges to give a spotty effect! I will definitely be trying this look out :)

I have been dying to try out this nail varnigh even since I saw it on Armita's blog, so I popped into my local superdrug and saw two of these bad boys left! Reduced from 4.99 to 2.49 :) I think they are getting discontinued so you'll need to be quick!

If you are looking for a silver nail varnish I would definately recommend this one :) I know bright colours will be in the summer but this look is edgy and wont go out of style.
This is the first GOSH product I have tried and I must say, I am impressed. The rainbow effect you see in the photograph appears on my nails in the light. It took 3 layers to build it up so that was the only disadvantage. The bottles are a nice size, Overall I think I've found a new favourite nail colour :) cannot wait to show off my new nails.

When I first heard this trend would be big for the summer I thought great, another look I cant pull off. However, I still tried it and was pleasantly surprised! It suited my fair skin tone and brightened up my complexion. I would definitely recommend experimenting with this trend as it suits all skins colours,
Fair

Dark
Medium

some lipsticks you can try out :)

This is the colour i tried out, its quite a pale orange

Hello :) been feeling a bit creative today. I had a lecture at college this morning and about 10 minutes into it my mind started wondering.... I was day dreaming about about makeup :L and about its use - maybe it's not just for using on the face? How about using it as a media on paper :) so when I got home I had to try it straight away! I found it harder then I thought and didn't love my first results but it is all about experimenting and hopefully next time they will turn out better.

It can sound quite dramatic but with these tips on how to wear the right shades for you, you will be looking bang on trend in no time :) & don't forget just because they are fashionable doesn't mean you have to go out and buy a yellow eye shadow or wear it because you favourite celebrity is. Go with your instinct and what looks best for you!

Orange eye liner was applied at Derek Lam spring summer 2011

This look suits all skin and eye colours

Double drama at Christian Dior's show, Models wore bright cream eye shadow and bold lips. The Smokey eye look is a thing of the past, this season its all about blocks of colour.

too much?play the look down by applying a powder eye shadow with your fingers to the entire eyelid. This look really suits blue eyes.

Celebrities have been rocking the trend too!
Don't take this look to seriously, it is all about having fun :)
